Blueberry Sauce (sugarfree)

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (no thawing needed)
1/4 cup apple juice
2 teaspoon corn starch
1 tablespoon water
Steps

1. Place the berries and 1/4 cup juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until bubbling.



2. Slightly smash some of the blueberries with the back of a fork.




3. In a small bowl, stir together the corn starch and water until well combined



4. After removing the saucepan of berries from the heat, stir in the corn starch mixure.



5. Leave it to cool and serve. Taste best after storing in the fridge.Can be stored in the fridge for a few days
