
Ingredients for 1 roll:
1. Baguette or long roll (best to buy from Vietnamese Breadshops)
2. Coriander leaves 2
3. Carrot in long thin strips
4. Cucumber long thin slice x 1 (cut across half the cucumber)
5. King oyster mushroom 1/2 length wise cut into 2 slices
6. Maggi soy sauce
7. Chopped fresh red chilli few slices or chilli flakes
8. Lettuce (optional. not in original rolls but I add it)
9. Optional Tablespoon of Margarine or butter for bread spread

1. Fry or grill the king oyster mushroom slices and season with your choice of seasoning (salt and pepper, teriyaki sauce or soy sauce paste)
2. Spread the butter or margarine onto the inside of the halved bread roll. Remember not to halve the breadroll until the end with the knife.

3. Stuff the cucumber, carrot slices, mushroom, coriandar neatly into the roll. Season with a few dash of maggi soy sauce and chopped chilli. You are ready to enjoy it as a meal or afternoon tea.
